What is Acurelink?

Acurelink is an online platform connecting clients with acupuncture practitioners, simplifying the appointment booking process and providing a comprehensive directory of services.

How do I book an appointment?

You can book appointments by creating an account, browsing available practitioners, selecting your preferred date and time, and confirming your booking. Our system will send confirmation emails and reminders.

Are my personal details secure?

Your privacy is completely protected because our booking system is entirely anonymous. We only require an email address for appointment notifications - no personal information, name, phone number, address, or health data is collected or stored. Since we don't have your personal details, there's nothing to compromise.

How can I become a registered practitioner?

Acupuncture practitioners can join our platform by registering an account, submitting their credentials for verification, and setting up their availability calendar. Our team will review applications before approving them.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

You can cancel or reschedule appointments through your client dashboard. We have a 24-hour advance notice policy - if you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice, you'll receive a $5 credit for future booking. However, if you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, the $5 booking fee will not be refunded to ensure practitioners' time is respected.

Is there a mobile app available?

Currently, Acurelink is optimized for web browsers on both desktop and mobile devices. A dedicated mobile application is in our development roadmap for the future.
